JustHost’s claim to fame, their load balancing technology, has recently been deactivated. To paraphrase one of the suppor team leaders it was more trouble than it was worth so it was better to turn it off than try to fix it.
My recent experience has found their customer service to be lacking when it really matters, and the false claim relating to load balancing technologies that is still being made on their website is shameful. Two weeks of trouble has tarnished a positive experience

I am a JustHost customer, but since this change I’ve found my hosted sites to be up and down like yo-yo’s. I may not be a JustHost customer for much longer. I have been with them for approximately 12-18 months.

I have no hesitation in recommending Just Host to anyone looking for a sound and safe hosting service. There package offers really good levels of space and downloads for a very reasonable price this was already high on my list, but when it came to the customer service aspect of it, I was more than impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help, these people have it all wrapped up and it's no wonder that they are ranked so highly in the market. Just Host offers me everything I need for my business and personal use.

One year on and I would like to say thanks to the friend who pointed me in their direction, and to the company themselves for being very capable in every way. Not the cheapest deal on the market by any means, what I have found is that the attention to technical service is very impressive and I have experienced nothing but perfect reliable. Just Host is well worth a look if you are in the market for a hosting deal.

There is nothing that I can possibly fault about this company and the package in even the most basic form is very good indeed. If you want to see your websites up and running in no time at all and showing 100% reliability at what can only be described as a seriously impressive price then this has to be the best choice you will ever make, I've been with several hosts and there hasn't been one that came close to perfection, Just Host does.
